  • Egg- we all know about eggs perfectly correct! Egg is always in our good books if you are a non-vegetarian person, It is a great source of protein,vitamins, minerals and carotenoids. If we start our day with an egg that is an absolute good start.we can make different types of recipes from egg , that is- egg curry, omelette,sausage with egg sandwich, and you can simply soft- boil them and eat them,which makes the egg more delicious.
  • Honey peanut butter with brown bread- peanut butter helps us to stay our heart healthy because it has a mono saturated (unsaturated) oils that lowers the chance of heart diseases.
