Yoga Asana for good health

Yoga is the best thing you can do with yourself, yoga has infinity benefits which we have been hearing since our childhood!

These are some ‘yoga Asanas’ That i would like to suggest you to practice:

1) shavasana- “shav” means dead body, shavasana is asan in which you have to lay down straight and put your body at the complete Relaxation stage, This asana performs at the end of the yoga session for the Relaxation of your body, It gives mental peace to your mind and keep you away from depression.

2)Balasana- “bal” means child, that is why this asana is also known as child pose. To perform this asana firstly you have to come downwards to your knees and put your hands straight at the yoga mat,Now lay out your feet and big toes touches the floor, then, permit your belly to rest between your thigh, This prevents Anxiety, depression and do free you from stress.

3)Trikonasana- This asana is also known as a “Mountain pose”, It is a standing asana. Trikonasana mainly focuses on stretching the body, It also finds it very beneficial in spinal flexibility, trikonasana reduces stress and anxiety by relaxing the nerves.

4)Sukhasana- this is a very simple pose usually for beginners, It calms the mind and reduces the stress and also relaxes the body . To perform this asana firstly you have to sit with straight spinal, bend your knees and cross your shine. Put your both hands on individual knees and make a structure from your hand where the thumb and first finger are attached now close your eyes and relax your body.
